5-story office building originally completed in 1878. It was given a new facade in the mid-1900s, now clad in metal and glass. The two lower floors are faced in stainless-steel, with a green band of foliage between them. The metal-and-glass main entrance in on the left, with a metal-and-glass restaurant storefront on the right. The 2nd floor has a wide band of windows, and at the south end, mounted on the greenery band, are metal numbers 422.

The upper floors have bands of four windows per floor, surrounded by white metal panels, and with thin metal framing. The bottom two floors are occupied by Mangia restaurant.
