6-story commercial building completed in 1922. Designed by Montague Flagg & C. F. Rosborg, it is clad in limestone. The 2-story base is painted white and has large plate-glass show-windows, with a recessed glass door to the upper floors at the north end, all framed in bronze. A sign band divides the lower two floors, both outlined with a simple molding, and at the top of the molding there is an oval extending above and below (into the window) inlaid with a bronze logo of the Lao Feng Xiang jewelery company, which occupies most of the building.

The 3rd-4th floors have double-height pillars (limestone at the ends, and black marble in the middle) dividing the facade into single-window end bays and a double-window middle bay. Within the bays, the two floors are divided by black metal spandrels with delicate, iron, shield-like forms. The 5th floor, above a stone cornice, has three windows, and the slightly recessed top floor has three slightly smaller windows, fronted by a stone balustrade. A stone parapet caps the roof line.
