5-story mercantile building completed in 1910. Designed by H. Craig Severance, it is clad in marble, in a white shade on the lower two floors. The narrow west facade facing the avenue has narrow end piers framing plate-glass show-windows on the first two floors, with a central entrance to the storefront, and a black polished granite panel between the two floors. Above, the 3rd & 4th floors have large, square openings with narrow side and upper panes. The 5th floor has a tripartite windows divided by marble pilasters.

The base of the south facade along 48th Street has five more bays of large show-windows (separated between the two floors by black polished granite panels), and a secondary entrance at the east end, framed between two panels of brown marble. The upper floors have four central bays of single-windows in simple stone surrounds. The west end bay has windows that match those on the west facade's 3rd-5th floors. The east end bay has tripartite windows with marble pilasters on all three floors. On both facades, a thin band course with a row of small roundels divides the base and upper floors, and on both facades the roof line is marked by a projecting stone cornice with triglyphs.

The building is occupied by Ted Baker British high-end clothing store.
