4-story residential building completed in 1910. The facade was rebuilt in 2012 with a new skin of silver metal panels. The ground floor, topped by an angled, blue canvas awning, is commercial, with a glass-and-metal storefront facing the avenue. The west facade has a wide studio window at the 2nd floor with five small, operable windows below it, and three bays of single-windows on the top two floors. The south facade along 45th Street has another studio window at the 2nd floor (this one with four small lower window), and two single-windows to the east. There are four bays of single-windows at the top two floors, and the west end has an advertising poster mounted over the top three floors.

There is a silver metal fire escape running down the middle two bays of the south facade, and metal balconies at the north bay of the west facade's 3rd & 4th floors, which are shared with the south bay of the neighboring building. The ground floor is occupied by Gourmet 45 Deli.
