203-foot, 15-story office building completed in 1925. Designed by Margon & Glaser, it is also known as the Winston Building. It is clad in limestone and buff-colored brick with a number of cascading setbacks at the top. The ground floor has been re-clad in stainless-steel, and is five bays wide. The east end has the main entrance, with glass doors and a small glass canopy, while the west end has metal service doors. There is a storefront in the middle, with the entrance is the western of its three bays.
The upper floors have brick end bays with single-windows, and four limestone middle bays with paired windows, all with angled stone sills. At the base of the 2nd floor the two middle bays are fronted by a stone projecting with a blind baluster of pointed-arches framed by octagonal forms at the ends; a flagpole projects from its center.
The first setback occurs above the 6th floor at the end bays, with another above the 7th floor at the end bays and also the outer-middle bays. Additional full-floor setbacks occur above the 9th & 12th floors. At each setback, the main piers are capped by pyramidal finials, and band courses cap the end bays. There are also spandrel panels with rows of pointed-arches at some of the top floors. At the 13th & 14th floors, the brick cladding extends both of the outer bays on each side, all with single-windows. The remaining two center bays retain the stone cladding and paired windows. At the middle of the roof is a tall, square mechanical penthouse with the north and south faces divided into two bays of paired, blind, pointed-arches, and the east and west faces having four bays with small, narrow openings. Finials extend above the penthouse at the corners and center of each facade.
The rear, south-facing facade is clad in brown brick and has full-floor setbacks above the 6th, 8th, 10th, & 12th floors. The west elevation is clad in buff-colored brick at the north half, with a small, central light well, and brown brick at the south half. Both halves have four bays of single-windows (with an extra window on the front on the 7th floor), dropping off at the various setbacks.
