Davies is one of Fargo’s newest neighborhoods – it gets its name from Davies High School, which opened in 2011. The school is named after Judge Ronald Davies, who played a prominant role in the U.S. Civil Rights Movement. The neighborhood is developing as primarily single-family residential. Eagle Point is one of the larger subdivisions within the Davies neighborhood. A large water retention pond will offer some neighborhood amenities such as kayaking and fishing. The population was 64 at the 2010 Census.
