Constructed in 1973 and renovated in 2001, the 369,722 sq. ft. mall in the second largest indoor mall in Windsor. Owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge the mall accomodates approximately 60 stores.
The K-Mart store opened in 1962 together with a Dominion store. The 1973 addition and mall enclosure included the expansion of the then Dominion store and the construction of a Sayvette Department store. The Sayvette building is now the home of the Goodlife Fitness Centre.
