Structure contains the low lift pumps that are used to convey raw water from Fall Creek to the sedimentation basins located underground between the High Service Pump Station and the Filtration Building. Structure also contains remnants of the former coal fired boiler system that once provided steam for the operation of the high service pumps prior to their conversion to electricity.
