First envisioned as only an art studio, Bret and Meg McFadyen converted this old garage into Garage Mahal in 2000. In 2003, they opened the Art & Invention Gallery in the front. The McFadyens are also the owners of the Idea Hatchery next door, as well as the creators of Nashville's annual Tomato Festival.
