Part of the Paloma Creek master-planned subdivision. Two divisions, North and South. Each are separately-listed Census designated places by the US Census Bureau. The north section has around 900 homes, while the other will have about 4,000. All told, there will be around 5,500 homes when completed.

This neighborhood is part of the Denton School District, however parts of the southern area are in the Little Elm School District.
