Former building space for Halloween Express costume store until late 2006

A train-themed amusement center, hobby store, play area, birthday parties, etc. Take your kids here for an 'Everything Thomas' event, which is held at least once a year.

Construction and renovation of the building began in early 2007, while the construction of the train display including its miniatures began few months later. EnterTRAINment Junction was opened to the public on August 1, 2008 by Cincinnati businessman and train hobby enthusiast Don Oeters.

Today, EnterTRAINment Junction is a family-fun dream come true, with tremendous appeal to children, parents, grandparents, hobbyists and railroad aficionados. Don continues to push his vision with constant additions including new structures and train controls added to the train display, museum items added in the summer of 2009, a hobby shop added in October of 2009, expansion of the kids area in March of 2010, and a new kid’s train ride added outside the building in June of 2010. In March of 2011 we had the Grand Opening of the A-Maze-N FunHouse: The Greatest FunHouse on Earth and in March of 2012 a new walk-thru was added to the FunHouse called Crazy Caper. In June of 2013 phase 2 of the train display was completed up on the mezzanine level. The historic Cincinnati Coney Island, circa 1965, was built in G-Scale with rides running and music playing. Taking some creative license we kept the trolley cars which came down Kellogg Avenue and actually stopped running in 1924. 2014 and 2015 saw additions in the Imagination Junction kid’s play area including a 20% expansion of the area’s popular kids climbing structure. 25,000 sq. ft. of total area!
