West Chester is one of SW Ohio's fastest growing townships, and Ohio's largest, with a 2017 estimated population of over 63,500 people. Almost fully developed, land use varies from high traffic commercial, upscale housing, and industrial to many multi-family communities, and locally owned businesses. Within its borders are many notable communities including Beckett Ridge, Wetherington, and Old West Chester. West Chester Hospital is affiliated with University of Cincinnati Health, and is at the heart of a diverse medical/educational district. The area is served by Lakota School District and the Bioscience Campus of Butler Tech. It's home to Voice Of America Park and Keehner Park. With three access points to I-75 the area is served by many large and boutique hotels and is the location for several regional shopping/entertainment venues, such as IKEA, TopGolf, Main Event and large shopping centers.
