Unused for several years after redevelopment, this used to be Grateful Dog, which opened in early 2012. It was a self-serve washing place for dogs. Despite the questionable-sounding business practice, it did relatively well, but around early 2015 it closed when the owners relocated to Dallas. In early 2017 it reopened as Sweet Horse, a café with rolled ice cream and bubble tea.
