O Aktaionas in Greek mythology was the son of Aristaeus and autonomously, daughter of King Cadmus of Thebes. The Centaur Chiron raised in Pelion and became great hunter. Kynigouse daily in the woods with fifty dogs. Unwittingly saw a day Artemis being bathed in a fountain. The angry goddess, transformed into a deer Aktaiona and thus devoured his own dogs.
