5-story residential building completed in the mid-1800s. It is faced in white stucco, with a modernized metal-and-glass storefront on the right. To the left is a simple entrance, with a glass door down a few steps from the sidewalk, replacing the original stoop. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows. The south bay at the 2nd floor was originally the parlor-floor entrance, now replaced by a smaller window. A black metal fire escape spans most of the facade on each floor, and the building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Ray's Gourmet sandwich shop.
