Sliven

Sliven is a town in Southeast Bulgaria, spectacularly situated at Stara planina mountain outskirts. The population is approximately 70 000 people. The town is notorious as the city of 100 rebels, as well for its strong and usual winds. Here was raised the first factory in Bulgaria.
