Built in 1932 for Mr. and Mrs. (Leola Stanton) Lester Armour Sr. to designs by David Adler. The original property was 73 acres and stretched from Lake Michigan to Sheridan Road. The land has been subdivided and the former driveway of the estate has been turned into Arbor Drive.
