First opened in 1978 as a General Cinemas Theater. Showed first-run movies at a discount price. Closed and then re-opened as an AMC Theater in the 1980's. An infamous event here in 1991 was perhaps the beginning of the mall's downfall. The cinema closed shortly after but re-opened as an independent theater a few times, closing for the last time in August of 2008.
