Zintara Residences (a project of Zintara Builders) is one the few housing projects in Peshawar which is approved from PDA. It has all the modern facilities of a housing colony with wide roads (40 and 50 ft), 10 kanal park, mosque and most important, it is a closed gated community with security staff stationed at the main gate. The colony has a shopping area where necessities of daily use available.

  • bigest advertisement about zintara project in peshawar city . every where in the main roads with big boards and nice pictures of nice houses , but when i searched the site ,there is only a blank map of zintara project . kindly request them to put full pictures of the project. till we get interest in it. especially from eng.eid mohamad one of the owner . a.w mansoor from chowk yadgar
  • I am interested to get a Plot here in Zintara Scheme, but when I browse it for details over internet,I found nothing about it. They need to update their website in which they must update information about Zintara..What is the Price ? What is the exact location, some real time pictures, payment is cash or instalments, Plot available size etc ...
