This was the former residence of Erik D. Prince (b. June 6, 1969, Holland, Michigan). Prince is the founder and sole owner of the private military company Blackwater USA. Testifying before the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on October 2, 2007, he gave his title as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Prince Group and Blackwater USA. Prince reportedly now splits his time between residences in Middleburg, Virginia and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
