  • Nice comments but mostly self praise: Totalai is part of Khudukhel area of the Buner District and has always fought a war between Swabi and Buner as to where it belongs. We are officially part of Buner but geographically, clturally and business wise part of Swabi, which has the same customs and tribal system as us. Yousaf Ali and Sajjad are good but we need people who are willing to put their personal and party interests on the side and work for eveyone as part of the society irrespective of who belongs to which party. This village also has the distinction to produce Aurangzeb Khan, the sole Quaid-iAzam Scholarship winner and now resides in USA alongwith his kids and wife. Local Government system is our future and if we got good quality trained and i=unselfish leadership, we will not have to depend on the corrupt and uneducated politicians who have no goal but to becoime famous and make money. This area is lost almost all its highly educated people because the people always resist positive changes and the so called politicians, are unable to bring people close together as brothers and sisters. It also has a worse record on the women rights side as any other area in the country and women are treated like slaves, just producing kids and serving their huisband and in-laws til they die. We used to play in the very nice sports ground we grew up with and it was a great place for the community to get together and enjoy some quality time, but some idiot poiliticians without proper planning and surveys, destroyed the ground and now there is no place to play any sports altogether. I know approving a degree college is important but destroying one resource for another is extreme lake of planning and God Knows when people of this country are going to start planning to get something done. I plan to help Totalai get a nice ground next to the school building so the younger generation can learn sports and the community can enjoy some games when there are tournaments and matches. I have one simple suggestion for people of this area: Stop being selfish and stop thinking of ONLY yourslef, if you think of yourself AND Others, this area will develop much faster. So far, we had the following people as member of assemblies and MNA, Local Government nazims, with almost no acheivement: M. K. Babak, Sarzamin Khan, Sher Akbar Khan, Jamshaid Khan, saradr Hussain, Haji Fazle Raziq, A. Matin Khan and Sher Akbar Khan. Can all these people tell me their Futuristic Acheivement, something that will change the future of this area, like in Education, Coomunications, Power supply, Jobs, industry, hospitals, Leadership creation, roads, any government system that will make the villages and areas independent of the government help and beggining, I say NONE. Wake up people, select leaders who can change your future, treat your daughters and women right, think of others before yourself, help others, be volunteers, stop being selfish. When you vote, vote for your country and your peopel;s better future, not some idiot politicialn who gave you a ride in the car or offered you a cup of tea or said pa Khairley to you. May Allah help you and make you the best examplery place for everyone. Ameen!
