The sculpture (Author - Michael Reva) was inaugurated in 2011. The reason for achieving the sculpture was to offer an alternative to placing locks of the wedding day. Until then, these were placed on Teschin Bridge, which had become in danger to collapse, the weight having increased by 2 tons because of locks hanging on it. So it was decided to open a place as an alternative to this wedding ceremony. It seems that the action is successful.
