This is a spectacular wind turbine with a rotor-diameter of 47 meters, and a hub-height of 50 meters, clearly visible from office towers in downtown Boston. It is a Vestas V47/660 (660 kw) model operated here since 2001 by the Hull (Massachusetts) Municipal Light Department.
