Estate home designed c.1913 in the Tudor Revival style by Stephenson & Wheeler with landscaping by the Olmsted brothers for John Anson Garver {lawyer}. Garver was the general counsel for the Consolidated Gas Company. He was also a trustee and director of the National City Bank of New York and the New York Trust Company.

The estate is now adaptively reused as Harmony Heights Residential School for Girls with portions of the former estate incorporated into Nassau County's Tiffany Creek Preserve.
