  • Top floors and roof destroyed by fire - April 5, 2005. Edmonton City Council approves reconstruction as a taller condominium with the lower historic structure preserved - May 2, 2007.
  • While it's great that the new tower will incorporate some portions of the old structure, it's a total disgrace that the destroyed building has remained in the same condition as the day after the fire. It's embarrassing actually.
