Communal Doukhobor settlement founded in 1926 by Anastasia Holoboff, widow of Peter V. Verigin. "The Lordly Chrrstian Community of Christian Brotherhood" (LCCCB) owned 1120 acres (1.75 sq.mi.) in Holoboff's name. As many as 165 residents lived in 26 houses. They has a 3 member board of directors. Holoboff was the spiritual leader, teacher and enforcer. Though the commune dissolved in 1943 due to crop failures, economy, dissension, Holoboff remained until 1960. She died in 1965, buried in the nearby LCCCB cemetery.
