Birmingham, Hodge Hill is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. The constituency was created in 1983, partially replacing the earlier Birmingham Stechford constituency, although the town of Strechford itself is located in the neighbouring constituency of Yardley.

Hodge Hill constituency is now also a constituency district of Birmingham City Council. The Constituency district is made up of four Wards: Hodge Hill, Shard End, Washwood Heath and Bordesley Green (see outline map above). The Constituency Office is Ward End Park House, situated in Ward End Park, on the Washwood Heath Road.

Hodge Hill lay towards the west end of Castle Bromwich, a manor which stretched from Bromford Lane between the Rivers Tame and Cole to Water Orton until 1931 when the western half of the manor amalgamated with Birmingham. The name came gradually into use after the Second World War with extensive private housing development which had first started in the previous decade. The modern district lies east of Bromford Lane with the exception of the Bromford Estate, north of the River Cole and west of the junction of Newport Road and Heathland Avenue, a location locally known as The Clock after the garage there.

Communities and neighbourhoods (in whole or in part) within the district include: Buckland End, Shard End, Ward End, Tile Cross, Kitt's Green, Alum Rock, Little Bromwich, Bordesley Green, Saltley, and Washwood Heath.
