  • Mumbra is as beautiful city(glorified by flowers and plantation) Its a city of good and educated peoples, but Thane municipality is not taking care for it infrastructure. 40 % of Thane's revenue is collected from Mumbra, but no one cares for the peoples of Mumbra. I do request to all the peoples, and the concerned authorities to look forward and hold the hand of Mumbra and develop it as it is a part of Thane.   • No Body is there to take care of Mumbra Goverment Employ r just to make Fun of it. Croporater are making money for Nonsence region no one is trying to stop them. "Why no law no rule no regulation Means in this City" No Light to life or to Operate any type of Operation of any type" Police sleep and dream in day time. i don't mean to hurt anybody NOR i am from any politics rerion on this "Site " i my Shelf stay in " MUMBRA " with my family.i know what is going on every day in this city' so i Request my shelf and to every one Please Wakeup before its to late.   • mumbra is a city.where u can found. each and every clase of people like.rich,middle clase,poor and people living belo poverty line.and its a devloping city in thane.and i hope it will develope soon.the main problem in mumbra is hospitel facility.bcse there is no big hospitel.insha allah this problem will not servive any more.

As we all know we muslims are also indian's & part of this country, since past years it has been observed that only non- mulsim city are being developed & muslim cities are been ignored by our politicians, most of the revenue earned also is from this muslim cities only still, no attention is being paid to them, hope god shows these guys a good way so that they can thing of doing something good for even these muslim cities.

  • As Mumbra been alwasy counted in black list area,it becomes very difficult for innocent people staying in Mumbra to get house loan,personal loan, & not only its difficult to get postpaid card too.Let me tell you that there are good & innocent people staying in Mumbra too... There is no gurantee that you will find good & innocent people in thane,ghatkopar,bandra,malad,kandivili etc... but still its been alwasy taken that Mumbra is been listed in grey area & people over there are not good.. I should tell that Govt should do something for such area also... Do not forget Mumbra is not an isolated area...Kindly GOVT do something for good innocent people in Mumbra,we also want to enjoy the facility that other people area are getting..And if u notice mumbra has been changed a lot... so plz help and get the black list name out of us so that we can get post paid card...   • wellcome every one to my HOME town, my grand father the IMAM of JAMA MASJID HAJI ABDUL KADER says he well comes with other villagers the Father of NATION M.GANDHI with his Freedom collages going to attend the Pune conferrance on the OLD MUMBAI PUNE (N.H.4) the only way towaerds banglore at that time,even i remember INDIRA GANDHI when she was opposition LEADER was well comes by villagers of old KAUSA GAON with than SARPANCH LATE MR SIDDIQUE DHONGRE i was a kid. the village KAUSA was the OLD BAZZAR of THE NAWAB OF URAN in the 18th century. The JAMA MASJID OF KAUSA is having a history of 1753. The land i belive is a land of PEACE since HINDU & MUSLIMS of OLD KAUSA VILLAGE having their house next & mix spl. in old part of kausa gaon THE GULBAR, RAUT,DALVI,DONGRE,KHATIB,CHINCHOLKAR,BURUD,DESAIKAR,PATIL,TKLE,SURME,DHOLE GAIKAWAD ETC ARE THE OLD RESIDENT OF TOWN. WHILE MOST MIGRENTS SINCE FROM PARTITION(1947) OR 1984,1992...STILL ARE WELL COME BY THEASE TWINS KAUSA MUMBRA MY TOWN WILL BE A PART OF PEACE & PROUD OF INDIA. the black shits on the name are few but the Noble People like POET QAISARUL JAFFRI & many more famous tenis football other sports man film industry people & A class officers are living in the town even FREEDOM Fighters. . . more to say not inaff space (ignore spell mistakes) With Regard to all "Humanity is the 1st.   • Hi Friends, I am Resident of Mumbra. I would like to tell you that now corporator has done well for mumbra people because they have passed the order of making concrete road. so i appreciate only to the corporators who had done this work. but for other corporators they will also come to know the importance of mumbra. now after 2 years the transport facility will get improved and we can easily travel from mumbra highway. thanks a lot to the corporators but please make mumbra the CITY OF HEAVEN because god has made this city very beautiful. we have river on the west area and the mountain on the east area. mumbra is totaly situated on the east side. mumbra is the best city and god has his blessing onour CITY.
  • As a Mumbraite i feel proud to say that this city(if i can say so as the development here is the last priority for the authourities) may not get attention from the people in power, but it is immensely blessed by God Allmighty by providing it a breath taking nature. The surroundings are so beautiful and the views from the hill tops are just magnificient. The views from some locations here are delight for the nature loving people and those who are interested in nature photography. There is no place in India which projects universal brotherhood than the people of this city as belivers of all the faiths reside here in peace and harmony (interestingly majority people residing here are from minority i.e. muslims oops i am sorry the new name given to this people is terrorists, but suprisingly there is peace here, Allhamdulillah). I would like to wellcome everyone who has any doubt about anything to come and visit this city. Even after not getting proper attention from authourities as Indian citezens, the spirit of Mumbraites are as high as anyone residing in a modern metro city. Our hearts are open and so is our mind.
  • Mumbra is the oldest city in thane, it is nice and beautiful but some corporate is taking care. Mumbradevi temple is here every festival people is coming here but no can facility.

  • i ma staying in mumbra for last 30 years and in this period it has changed drastically,but electricity is major problem here and also we need special trains in peek hours station is too crowded.
  • I think mumbra is 1 of the best taluka in thane district, but due to negligence of our worst ruling politicians of thane district (including 80% of our local councillors) and because of their hate for mumbra and it's innocent residents, mumbra is still living in the darks in every manner. The local polticians make 100% illegal constructions with the help of our godfathers and the local govt. semi govt. body i.e. TMC. Though the municipal authorities always shouting against the illegal constructions, perhaps they help the local NAGAR RAJAS (municipal corporators) under table for constructing illegal buildings. All of them never think about the residents of mumbra (being the cause of most of the population is muslim). They only take heavier bribes than the other corporator or other officer took before just like (apna kaam banta maa chu*** janta). I beg all of the local NAGAR RAJAS (our pyara pyare corporators) please leave all of your "haraamipans", take care of mumbra and it's gareeb janta, later they care for you insha allah. Because you can not win the seats every time with the help of some gaddaars of qaum among the janta, a time will come soon when nobody will know you even your name too. Maalik in sabhon ko insaaniyat aur hamdardi ka jazba ata karay, aur pakka sachcha khidmatgaar banaae.
  • Mumbraites should unite to provide better school for their childrens and at least a decent hospital. There are no school with a decent playground or library here. Those who can afford it send their children to school as far as panvel or new mumbai for a decent education. Parent should get involved and form a non-profit "Mumbra Parent Teacher Organization" and try to improve the school system, collaborate and work together with the teachers and pressurize greedy school operators to provide better education to our kids. Why can't Mumbra have a decent school???

  • I have being living in Mumbra from last 14 years, i had great time in 1990 no much population it was clen no electricity problem. i feel the thinks are changed i am working in Dubai when ever i go on vacation i miss all my those days which i had in my childwood. no dout that the carporater are not doing there job properly and the goverment is not much intrested, i feel the reason is that the 80% population is of muslim, why in thane there is no much problem of water & electriciy it is just 2 station away from Mumbra. i hope the goverment will open their eyes ASAP.

  • To comment about Mumbra, Just travel by road from Silphata to kalwa, You will know the culture, beauty, Road sense, and cultured will never set foot again in Mumbra, There are places with 2 way traffic on single road, Here there are 2 roads for traffic, the residents are to blame no one else.
