It was developed by Tishman Speyer and designed by Kohn Pendersen Fox Associates and Heller Manus Architects. The 33-floor building has a height of 460 ft (140 m) and a floor area of 625,534 sq ft (58,114 sq m). Its 2 basement floors contain 180 parking spaces. It has a steel structural frame and a glass exterior facade and is equipped with 14 elevators. The building is split into three zones: Low Rise (floors 1 to 12), Mid Rise (floors 14 to 22), and High Rise (floors 23 to 33). The building is registered for LEED Silver certification.
