Federal minister for communication Arbab Mohammad Alamgir Khan has said that the completion of Peshawar Northern Bypass would overcome the existing traffic problems on main roads in and around Peshawar.Talking to reporters during his visit to Northern Bypass road on Tuesday, he said that 7.6 kilometer road – called as Package 1, would be opened for general traffic by April. He said the diversion of heavy traffic from the main roads and traffic from Charsadda-Peshawar road would reduce the traffic congestion on University road and main roads within Peshawar metropolis.
