Former Loring Air Force Base was a Strategic Air Command (SAC), in use from 1953 - 1994. It was home to the nuclear armed SAC 42nd Bomb wing, which flew B-36s and later B-52s, and lots of KC-135 fuel tankers to support the bombers.

  • Nearby "cities" should not be Allagash, La Malbaie, and Baie-Saint-Paul. Allagash is a very small town. Not sure where the other two are located, but they sound Canadian. Better choices would be Caribou, Maine and Presque Isle, Maine.
