Position held by the French battalion of the UN forces during the Korea war. This position saw intense fights against the Chinese Communist forces on 6th and 7th of October 1952, during their last attempt to reach Seoul.
The French battalion was part of the 23rd US Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division (Indian Head).
