Located 700 feet northeast of Battery Davis's Gun No. 1, this facility was completed 21 September 1940. Power supply was provided by Battery Davis. The entrance to this station is partially buried. The PSR was secured in 1993 after decades of open access and vandalism, but a 2006 survey found some acoustical soundproofing ceiling tiles, electrical conduit, and fuse/switch boxes still remained.
