The Fargo Plaza is also known as the Hobby Lobby Center. It was built in 1992. Builders Square occupied it from 1992 to 1995, K-Mart occupied it from 1998 to 2003, and it became a strip mall when Hobby Lobby, Hancock Fabrics, and Dollar Tree moved in. In 2010, Hancock Fabrics closed. In 2012, Kirkland's opened in the former Hancock Fabrics space.
