Drag Strip opened in 1963. Original 1/4 mile opened 1966 and had no banking as the drag strip passed thru it. the last drag races were in 1977. 1/3 mile track opened in 1989, with banking as drag strip was no longer in use. Facility closed in 2006 and track was torn up, housing will be built on site.
