Estate home designed c. 1926 in the Tudor Revival style by Robert Crowie on originally 134 acres of land with landscaping by Olmsted for Henry Pomeroy Davison, II {financier, industrialist, capitalist}. Davison served as chairman of Morgan Guarantee Trust Co., Morgan Guaranty International Banking Corp. and Morgan Guaranty International Finance Co., vice president and partner of J.P. Morgan & Co. He served as director of United States Steel Corp., American Brake Shoe Co., Northern Pacific Railway Co., Corn Products Co., and Montgomery Ward & Co. department store. Davison was the son of Henry Pomeroy Davison, Sr. who resided at Peacock Point in Lattingtown and married Married Eleanor Sparks, daughter of Sir Ashley Sparks who resided at "Northaw". Davison also lived at 690 Park Avenue in New York City.

The estate, its outbuildings, and its lands are now adaptively used the Mill River Club.
