70-foot, 1-story commercial building completed in 2015. Designed by Peter Marino, the facade is clad in rows of 16 rows of small, vertical, black aluminum panels, each set at various sharp angles. On select panels, the outward-facing edges are lined with LED strips. The ground floor has glass double-doors and a large plate-glass window between black metal-clad end piers. Despite the building only have one floor, the front facade rises nearly the height of a 7-story building. The building is occupied by luxury Swiss watch brand Hublot.
