The 47,228 sq. ft. Lakeside Plaza was recently acquired by a new owner that plans a $3 million renovation of the present 70s era facade. Originally developed in 1948 as the Mars Shopping Center, the property included an A&P, Fisher Foods and a bowling alley. After the A&P was destroyed by a fire the property was redeveloped as Lakeside Plaza.
