This is the four building complex which, with 413 units is the largest seniors complex in Lakewood and one of the largest in Cuyahoga County. Designed by architect Wallace Teare, the first phase of the complex was completed in 1963 with additions in 1968 and 1974.

The complex is owned by Lakewood Senior Citizens, a non-profit corporation and provides housing for senior citizens. The complex includes the Barton Center, a senior activity center located on the ground floor and connecting the apartment buildings
