This massive property is owned by Prince R. Nelson, better known as the musician Prince, and consists of five individual properties: one massive piece and four smaller pieces (one of the smaller pieces, the square formed in the northwest corner by another property, is actually registered to his Paisley Park studio which shares an address with all his tax papers). It totals 185.35 acres (GIS) deeded in Prince R. Nelson's name, plus 3.23 acres in Paisley Park Enterprises, for a total of 188.58 acres of prime property.

As of December 9, 2011, these are all still owned by him.
