A portion of the former and final CEO of Lehman Bros' Richard Fuld estate, valued at nearly $80 million. Even tho he was responsible for the largest failing in US history of a financial services company and the bankruptcy of a 158 year old firm, Fuld still maintains control of several multi-million dollar properties, this being one of them. Fuld earned about $69.5 million in 2007, the year before Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in Sept. 2008. From 2000 to 2007, he was awarded about $889.5 million and cashed out about $529 million of that before the company went bankrupt.

Fuld listed the property for sale for $59.5million and sold the property in 2015 for an undisclosed sum, reposted to be the "highest ever for a residential property in the Wood River Valley."
