Built: 1906
Architect: Samuel Maclure

Tudor Revival manor, built in 1906 for Yorkshire-born realtor and developer Thomas Harry Slater.

In 1947, the house was purchased and converted to the Olde English Inn by a Yorkshire couple, Rosina and Sam Lane; they built a replica of an Elizabethan street, Shakespeare’s birthplace, and Anne Hathaway’s cottage on the 4.5-acre property.

The estate is now a hotel and wedding venue called The English Inn.
