  • Mr. B. B. Kamath and Mrs. Ratna B Kamath stay at Flat No. 212 in this Building. Their grandchildren, Ms. Kruttika Nilkund (Krutikamma), Ms. Chaitra Pai (Chandu), Master S. Anirudh Shenoy (Aanbabu), Master Pradyumna Pai (Pammam) and Master Ashutosh Shenoy (Ashu)visit their home every summer and have a whale of a time every summer. They have a great workout everyday at Krishna Rao Park, Netkallappa Circle (near Ganesh temple), and then go to either Upahara Darshini or to Achaar's place for tasty evening snacks (Semige baath, masala dosa, filter coffee, tea, etc.) and then return in the evening for a good night's dinner at home. The nearby DVG Road is also a shopper's paradise for visitors coming in from outside the city. Kamathmam and mai have the neary Dwarkanath Bhavan nearby to visit on a regular basis. This part of the city is slowly getting 'mallified'.
