Dental studies in India were yet to incorporate use of CAD-CAM in the syllabus here but in city a couple of dentists had already begun using it. It would be another few years before the patients could afford treatment based on CAD CAM technology. "The technology is yet to pick up on large scale. VSPM Dental College will soon be procuring the equipment for starting the process in prosthodontics. Once it comes, like all other dental implants, we would be providing these implants also at extremely concessional rates (almost 1/4th to 1/5th the cost) to patients,"
