Built in early XX century. Known as the "crafty home" and "house of three and a half stories". There were a tailoring workshop on the second floor, and the developer has saved at the height of ceilings - becous tailors work sitting. Ceiling height of the second floor - 1 m 80 cm

In 1917, for a few months Yuzovka Committee of the Bolshevik Party rent premises here, in the guise of union tailors.
In the 1920-s tea room and pub was opened in the building. Later it housed a variety of shops and offices.
