Concepcion is a census-designated place (CDP) in Duval County, Texas, United States. The population was 62 at the 2010 census.

One of the oldest settlements in Duval County, Concepcion played an important role in the political moves of Archer Parr, who attemped to divide Duval county into two separate counties. The town's post office was established in 1873.
