7-story office building completed in 1939. It is clad in limestone above a 2-story base. The ground floor is faced in black polished granite with three display windows separated by two recessed glass doors; rounded black canvas awnings cover the storefront. The 2nd floor is limestone with a wide window band of two large middle panes and narrower end panes. A signboard above the 2nd floor has neon letters spelling "MODELL", and there is a 2-sided vertical sign attached to the west edge of the 3rd-4th floors, with neon letters spelling "LOANS". The upper floors have two bays of triple-windows and no ornament. The ground floor is occupied by Bellagio Diamond, Alebel Jewelry, Matisse Trading, Michelle T. Jewels, and Dream Gems, with the 2nd floor occupied by Jewelry Display of NY.
