4-story mercantile building completed in 1906. Designed by Buchman & Fox, it is clad in red brick above a ground floor of rough-faced beige stone. There is a show-window in the center, with a narrow entrance on either end. The upper floors are slightly set back, with three bays of single-windows. A stone band runs between the 2nd & 3rd floors, and the top of the facade has a very tall roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Motion in Time watches, with DRS Jewelry on the upper floors.
