6-story office building originally completed in 1925, but renovated in 2014 with a new facade by Silberstang Lasky Architects. It is clad in metal panels, with a ground-floor storefront under a metal canopy. The 2nd floor has a wide studio window, and the upper floors have two bays of windows. The metal panels are grey-brown at the lower three floors, and white on the top three, which are set back. The ground floor is occupied by Ross Metals.
