4-story mercantile building completed in 1930. The top two floors are clad in beige brick, while the lower two have been resurfaced in polished red granite. At the left side, there is a deeply-recessed storefront entrance and entry to the upper floors. A broad, black signband tops the ground floor. The 2nd floor has side-by-side studio windows with bottom-transoms.

The upper floors have bands of four windows with stone sills. The piers project at the 3rd floor, with stone capitals. There is patterned brickwork in the spandrel below the 3rd floor, and brick dentils along the bottom of the spandrel below the top floor. The roof parapet features brick modillions along the bottom edge, and decorative panels with geometric designs near the top. The ground floor is occupied by Leon Diamond.
